All of our items are delivered in clear brown packages with no labels except your address label, to ensure confidentiality. 

We require a signature for all items we send to you, this is so the item cannot be left with a neighbour.

Items are despatched the same day if ordered before 3pm.  We can provide tracking numbers if you experience a delay receiving your order.

If you are not in when a parcel is delivered it will be returned to your local royal mail sorting office for you to collect within 7 days.  Please be aware that you will need to take a proof of ID with you when collecting.

If you are not totally happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it.  Please see our returns policy for more information.

If a product is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know.  You can at that point then either choose to wait or cancel your order.  We would expect most products to be back in stock within 14 days.
